Retail collections have been the main focus of our firm since its founding over fifty years ago when Louis Goldstein retired from the City Court of Buffalo as Chief Warrant Clerk to engage in a law practice emphasizing debt collection. The present members of our firm have carried on that tradition with modern day implementation via the use of electronic and computer technology. Collection suits are filed with the proper jurisdictional court throughout the State on a regular basis and we believe, based upon judgments detailed in the Buffalo Daily Law Journal, that our firm enters more judgments and has the largest staff dedicated to collection efforts than any other law firm in Erie County.

From our location in Western New York we are capable of processing pre-suit and post-suit collection cases throughout New York State. We are proud of our reputation for providing quality legal services to credit grantors.
