Retail collections have been the main focus of our firm since its founding over fifty years ago. The present members of our firm have carried on that tradition with modern day implementation via the use of electronic and computer technology. Collection suits are filed with the proper jurisdictional court throughout the State on a regular basis. We are able to do so in a congenial fashion which leads to better results then harrassing phone calls - our firm nor any of our clients have ever been sued for malpractice or FDCPA violations as a result of any referral to our firm.
